Just returned from an amazing stay in Lusail. LOVED the beautiful rooftop pool overlooking the skyline. Definitely would go back. Even better in person than in photos! .

The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Place Vendome and the Pearl. the staff, particularly Ms Romyisa and Ms Sahar at reception, were professional and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. the hotel had a special atmosphere with beautiful decorations.

the reception staff were not professional and caused delays during check-in. some of the rooms were dirty and in poor condition.

The seasonal produce infused in the dishes was a flavorful journey. the hotel's architecture and ambiance created a charming oasis.

The breakfast lacked variety, and the AC playing hide, and, seek needs a tech, savvy fix. even under the dim glow, the night shift's star should shine brighter with a pinch of training magic.

The valet parking service was a great convenience. The modern and spacious room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel had a pleasant smell throughout. I recommend this hotel.

my stay at the velero was amazing! the room size, bathroom, and decor were all impeccable. the staff, especially kim, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and made my experience memorable. i appreciate their generosity and professionalism, and can't wait to visit again!

Room service was a bit of a hassle. had to call reception multiple times for orders and they made mistakes with delivery.

Our Easter stay at this hotel was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary birthday cake and Valentine's Day cake in honor of our celebration. the hotel had a great location with a breathtaking view of the beach and a nearby mall. Another great advantage of staying here was the amazing breakfast buffet.

The lack of garbage cans under the bathroom sink and the absence of a sink near the coffee machine also proved inconvenient. Despite these small drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay with a nice swimming pool, pleasant and modern bedrooms, and attentive staff at the restaurant.

The hotel was situated in a developed area, with nearby shopping facilities and seasonal events. The room was spacious, with impeccable design and well-maintained bathroom facilities. The staff was accommodating and friendly throughout the stay, with a wide selection of breakfast options at the restaurant.

There was one major drawback to the hotel. On occasion, the service desk was understaffed, resulting in long check-in times and hindered service.

the rooms are spacious, new, and fitted with quality furnishings. the staff is welcoming, pleasant, and professional. Breakfast at the Q Restaurant was outstanding, and the staff, especially Sofia, Pamila, and Carin. Plus points for the stunning and breathtaking view of the beach, mall, and city that you can enjoy from the top floors.

There was no garbage can under the bathroom sink, and there was no sink near the coffee machine, which is a little inconvenient for people with particular preferences. While most of the staff was excellent, some lacked professionalism, such as the sales lady who didn't give enough attention and didn't answer all of our questions.
