During my business trip, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to my colleague's office. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing me with a refreshing fruit juice upon arrival and allowing me to check in early. The room, although basic, was clean and well-maintained. the daily cleaning service was efficient and thorough.

I found the room to lack certain amenities that should be expected at this price point. There was no mini-bar or complimentary water, and the absence of an iron and ironing board was inconvenient.

Comfortable beach resort, good location near lagoon and amenities, excellent check-in experience, helpful and professional staff, convenient access to hotel facilities, last minute whale watching tour.

Nothing it was perfect.

Friendly staff, beautiful palm tree environment, clean pools, close to the beach, comfortable room with refrigerator.

Enjoyed Xmas at this hotel. We were welcomed with fresh juice and offered good breakfast and dinner options. The location of the hotel is excellent with easy access to the beach and nearby car rentals. We also loved the fact that we could hear the waves from our room.

The rooms were a bit outdated and towels could have been bigger. We would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room every day.
