The hotel and facilities are incredible - well maintained, with super comfy beds and spacious rooms. The diverse breakfast options cater to both non-vegetarians and vegetarians. The indoor and outdoor pools, with their perfect water temperature and jacuzzi, are simply mind-blowing. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist. We highly recommend this hotel for couples, families, or multigenerational travelers. It surpasses Teleferic hotel in terms of room size and pool facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Mountains, making it very close to all attractions. It's just a short distance from the gondola, which takes you to the top of the mountain, offering breathtaking views. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the surroundings. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of food and drinks.

One downside is the attention to detail in terms of cleaning, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Transylvania and the surroundings in Pioana Brasov were beautiful, with lush greenery even in the summer. The hotel itself had a nice exterior and the room decor was lovely. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and fitness facilities, which were well-maintained. Breakfast was good, although it could have had more variety with items like pancakes or waffles and a wider selection of fruits. Despite facing the parking lot, our room was surprisingly quiet. we had a pleasant experience at Ana Hotels Sport Poiana Brasov and would recommend it.

The spa was incredible, with amazing hot tubs and a fantastic sauna. the breakfast was varied, always changing, and delicious. the location was really convenient, with easy access to the woods and stunning views.

The staff was not very welcoming, and sometimes it felt like they were ignoring us. the noise level in the ballroom was very high during some nights, which made it hard to sleep.

The restaurant staff were not very friendly or accommodating. They seemed uninterested in providing good customer service and were not helpful when it came to language barriers.
