He would personally serve breakfast to his guests, setting a fine example for his staff. This level of service truly sets this hotel apart from others. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable, the food at the restaurant was of high quality, and the location was ideal for quick access to the airport or downtown. Despite a minor noise issue from the main road, our overall experience at Crystal Palace was superb. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a junior suite, which had a very comfortable bed and high-quality toiletries. The breakfast included in the room rate was great with a wide variety of foods. The staff, from reception to breakfast, were polite, smiling, and attentive. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Crystal Palace again.

We recently had a romantic escape and were pleasantly surprised by our free room upgrade to a junior suite. the living room and bedroom were both equipped with TVs and AC, making our stay even more enjoyable. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We did find the noise from the cars on the busy boulevard to be quite loud during the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the room was a bit hot and we had to keep the window open during the day.

The two free drinks at check-in were a nice touch, as was the complimentary fruit basket in the room. the hotel is located near a metro station and a grocery store, which was very convenient for us. the bed was comfortable and the room had a good heating system.

The Christmas decorations were tacky and didn't add anything to the atmosphere. the staff seemed disinterested in providing any recommendations or suggestions for things to do or see in the area.
