I recently stayed at Hotel Sb Ciutat for a few days while exploring the Roman and medieval barrio nearby. The hotel's private parking made it convenient for me to have my car. The staff were quick to refund my prepaid balance when I had to leave a day earlier than planned. The room was spacious and the location was perfect, with the bus depot nearby. The staff were friendly, and the on-site cafe and breakfast at the hotel were great. The rooftop swimming pool and terrace were a nice touch, and the air conditioning throughout the hotel was excellent.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is spacious and well-equipped, ensuring guests have everything they need. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries, to satisfy different tastes.

The Wi-Fi in the hotel is slow and unreliable, which can be frustrating for guests who need to work or stay connected during their stay.

Room size was decent, good location, friendly staff, English spoken, twin room was spacious and quiet.

The hotel was also right next to the bus station, making it easy to travel around. The cafe attached to the hotel was a great budget-friendly option with friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and would stay there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with modern amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. I also loved the rooftop pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing in the sun. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.

The room had a persistent odour of cigarette smoke, and despite our requests, it was not resolved. the pool and sauna were closed early, and the hotel lacked basic amenities such as slippers and bathrobes.
