We loved the location of this venue, it's on a quiet side street within walking distance of the Old Town area. The service is top-notch with room service, car hire, airport shuttle, and ski equipment hire. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with soundproofed rooms, comfortable beds, and all the amenities you could want. The staff at reception desk, from the receptionists to the manager to the housekeeper to the waitress, were always friendly and attentive.

Absolutely beautiful! the interior design of the hotel is top-notch. Complimentary champagne and chocolates upon arrival was a nice touch. Great location, within walking distance to many attractions. the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, and I had a hard time connecting in my room at times. the streets surrounding the hotel could be a bit sketchy, especially at night.
