I had a fantastic time at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, nestled between charming Saxon villages and far away from busy streets. Being close to the forest made it ideal for nature lovers like me. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and the room amenities like heating and air conditioning made my stay even more pleasant. With a beautiful terrace and garden furniture, I enjoyed relaxing outdoors. The indoor swimming pool and steam room were a highlight of my stay, providing a luxurious spa experience. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options, including a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and special diet menus. this place exceeded my expectations with its excellent location, outstanding service, and impressive facilities.

Spending Easter at this hotel was a great experience. the restaurant had delicious food and the staff was really welcoming, making us feel like home. the pool was definitely the best part; with warm and crystal clear water, it was the perfect temperature for a swim. We also enjoyed walking around the garden, and we even found a small petting zoo with cute animals.

Some details could have been improved. the room was missing some basic accessories like night lamps or extra towels for a couple.

The room at Mercure was spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable and the view from the window was breathtaking, overlooking a beautiful garden. I also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's indoor swimming pool and fitness area, as well as the large and cozy restaurant. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay.
