The location was perfect, right by the new mall and surrounded by branded coffee shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the view from the upper floor bar was incredible. The spa area on the second floor was a great retreat after a long day.

The hotel could improve by providing more information about the city's attractions other than just a map of the city center.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to the historic city center. Additionally, being near the shopping mall was very convenient. The breakfast provided a wide range of options, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and near cultural landmarks, making it easy to explore on foot. The staff provided excellent service, from the welcome drink to room service and laundry. The room amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV and electric kettle for a cozy evening in. The highlight was the leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath. I felt pampered and relaxed after a full body massage at the spa.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, with great views over the complex and city's monuments. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. I also loved the food at the hotel, which was of good quality and had a variety of options.

One major issue was the parking signposting and access. It was quite cumbersome to access the hotel if one parked at the -1 floor.
