I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was pretty close to all the major tourist attractions. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service. They were always available to assist with any needs, from room service to car hire. The room itself was top-notch, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I loved the fact that the room had a terrace with garden furniture, providing a beautiful view of the lake. The hotel also offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The curtains in the rooms are not opaque, allowing sunlight to become a problem in the morning.

The location of the resort is serene and relaxing, with a beautiful pond where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a pleasant walk around the pond in the evenings. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a large shower, coffee machine, and big TV. The view from the room to the pond is simply awesome. The breakfast offers plenty of options and is delicious. The restaurant is great, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing time without leaving the resort. The staff is friendly and considerate, and even offered a free night's stay for having to end the trip earlier than expected. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the view is sweet. The presence of swans and ducks adds to the enjoyment of the stay. The resort's architecture and design are interesting, and the area is very quiet at night. the staff ensures a smooth and issue-free experience.

The lake in front of my room at Serenity Resort was absolutely stunning. I loved watching the swans and ducks swimming peacefully. The breakfast served at the resort was also delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. The beds in the room were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff at the resort were very attentive and made sure I had a smooth and enjoyable stay. I had a great experience at Serenity Resort and would highly recommend it.

Can't fault anything about it.

The resort had a modern concept that was really interesting. the bungalows, which were about 15 in number, were nicely decorated and had a nice deck and pontoon by a small pond. the breakfast was exceptional! You could order anything you want from an extended menu. I also liked the local swans that visited the bungalows in search for food; that was a nice extra.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the room size was very small, and the shower was hard to operate as there were no instructions available.
