I recently stayed at a hotel that was not in the city center but was still a great choice. It was just a short taxi ride, about 10-15 minutes, to reach the city center and all its attractions. The hotel was also conveniently located near a shopping center, so there were plenty of options for shopping and dining. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and modern bathroom. The service at the hotel was top-notch, with attentive staff. The breakfast provided was satisfying and there were many options to choose from.

One aspect that could be improved at the hotel was the noise level in some of the rooms. It would be beneficial to have better soundproofing to ensure a quiet and peaceful stay for all guests.

Impressive new development with helpful 24-hour reception. Great breakfast catering to all, with courteous staff. Modern style, quick check-in/check-out, and spacious, clean rooms. Convenient parking and adjacent to a beautiful mall. A must-visit in Romania, especially Transylvania and Pele's Castle.

The Easter stay was overall pleasant, with good amenities and a prime location close to key attractions. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of tasty options and the staff was friendly and helpful. the contemporary design of the lobby and restaurant added to the modern ambiance of the hotel.

The room had poor WiFi connection, which made it difficult to work from the laptop. there were not enough electric outlets for all electronic devices, so I had to unplug the TV.

Positively impressed by this luxurious hotel. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city and next to the largest shopping mall. I enjoyed the convenience of room service, car hire, and the efficient dry cleaning service. The staff at this venue were extremely helpful, and the bell staff/porters were always ready to assist. Housekeeping was impeccable, and laundry was a breeze. The airport shuttle service made my travel so much easier. The rooms are well-appointed, with ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a cozy terrace. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The free toiletries and the flat-screen TV were nice bonuses. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious breakfast that catered to various dietary needs. The Wi-Fi and on-site car park added to the convenience of staying here. a delightful experience.

Incredibly welcoming and accommodating staff at this hotel. Although the receptionist during my late check-in could have been more friendly, the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable beds more than made up for it.
