We had a wonderful stay at African Pride Melrose Arch, Autograph Collection. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and friendly service. The hotel architecture is unique and beautiful, creating a pleasant and safe environment. Our room was spacious and clean, with quirky decor that added a special touch. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the convenience of arranging transfers to and from the airport through the hotel. we had a true 5-star experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas at this amazing hotel and loved every minute! the staff were so friendly and helpful, making our stay truly special. the food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, especially the Christmas dinner. the location was perfect, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and we felt safe walking around. Plus, the hotel had great security measures in place. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep.

The only downside was the limited pool area, which could have been bigger and more inviting. It would have been nice to have more space to relax and swim.
