The beds were flippin comfy and the staff were proper chommies! I loved the different vibes at the two restaurants—had this delicious prawns dish that was a total winner. Big ups to the chef for that special tomato soup, really hit the spot!

Only thing was the bathroom finish could be a bit better, but not a biggie really.

I had a wonderful stay while exploring the vibrant Melrose Arch area. The hotel was ideally located near numerous shops and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the local culture. One of my highlights was the buzzing nightlife just outside, which added to the lively atmosphere of the place. The spacious room was well-decorated and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing.

I appreciated the 24-hour room service, though the menu could be more extensive. I can't wait to return with my husband!
