During my recent stay at Alpine Heath Resort, I had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location of the resort is stunning and provided plenty of opportunities for short and medium-distance hikes. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the horse riding experience, which was truly memorable. The cottages were warm, spacious, and well-maintained, with a nice fireplace to cozy up to. The resort offered excellent facilities, including a supermarket on-site for convenience. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I still had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff was accommodating even after checkout. The location had breathtaking views and well-maintained gardens. The deluxe chalet had a small outdoor seating area for 4 people. The fridge was a bit small, but the pricing was reasonable. The nearby Adventure Zone was great for both kids and adults.

Lovely mountain views and convenient location close to hiking trails. Received complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, and breakfast was included in the room rate. It was great to be able to relax in the hot tub at night and enjoy the starry sky.

Many of the facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. the staff seemed disinterested and unaccommodating.

The resort is conveniently located near the forest, making it a great choice for nature lovers. Additionally, there are shops nearby, ensuring easy access to any essentials you may need during your stay. The resort is also not far from the Royal Natal National Park, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and exploration. The rooms are well-equipped, with amenities such as fireplaces and electric blankets for the colder months. The staff provides friendly and hospitable service, and the bar staff is particularly attentive. The resort offers a range of leisure facilities, including a sparkling pool and a well-maintained tennis court.

The cleanliness of some areas, such as the carpets and the pool, could be improved. The pool water was murky and dirty, causing disappointment for guests, especially during hot weather.

No satisfactory service, limited food options, inconsistent cake delivery, unhygienic outdoor seating, poor management.

We enjoyed our stay here as the location is ideal for those who love the mountains and nature. The room amenities provided everything we needed, including a patio to enjoy the view of the dam. The service from the staff was exceptional, with daily housekeeping and room service available. The leisure spa and swimming pool were also great for relaxation.
