The view from my room was breathtaking and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is new and very clean, and the employees were fantastic.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the local community and experiencing Turkish culture. The Metro was conveniently located outside the hotel, making it easy to navigate the city. I also loved the nearby Turkish shops and restaurants. my stay was amazing, thanks to the lovely staff and comfortable accommodations at Doubletree By Hilton.

During my recent stay at Doubletree By Hilton, I experienced exceptional service from the staff. One particular situation stood out to me. When I arrived at my room, I noticed that the iron was broken. I needed to iron my clothes for an important meeting, so I called the front desk to inform them. To my surprise, they promptly sent a replacement iron to my room, ensuring that I had everything I needed. This level of attentiveness and responsiveness truly impressed me.

The hotel is conveniently located in a commercial area in the outer European districts, providing easy access to tourist hotspots. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The breakfast offers a variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes. The helpful and friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, the hotel provides amenities such as a gym and pool for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The English proficiency of some of the front desk and concierge staff could be improved.

During my Christmas vacation, I really enjoyed the festive decorations throughout the hotel. The lobby was beautifully adorned with twinkling lights and a towering Christmas tree, creating a cheerful and magical atmosphere. the cozy fireplace in the lounge area was a perfect spot to sip on hot cocoa and unwind after a day of exploring.

The variety of food available was quite limited, especially in terms of pastries and cakes. I was hoping for a more diverse and satisfying breakfast experience.
