Marigold Restaurant, Oku Asian Eatery, and Foliage are just a stone's throw away, offering tantalizing delights.

Declan and his Team were absolute gems, with the only improvement suggestion being an on-site generator or solar power to combat load shedding challenges in the country. While the AC direction was a personal quirk, the overall experience at Akademie Street still sparkled.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the town where we enjoyed amazing dining experiences. we can't recommend this hotel enough.

akademie street boutique was spotless - perfectly close to shops and dining spots. staff shared local tips - like visiting the huguenot museum. the complimentary drinks by the pool were a lovely touch.

Close to main street, car arrangements available. Aperitives in orangery, live piano. Excellent restaurants nearby. Thoughtful details like towels, hats, sun creams. Hot tub in room, great sleep. Attention to detail, everything thought of. Would have stayed longer if not fully booked.

Spent an extraordinary New Year’s Eve at this marvelous hotel. the hospitality was incredible. the rooms were spacious, cozy blankets, and I was amazed by the heated bathroom floors in the morning. the location was perfect; short and safe walking distance to all the great restaurants and wineries. the free snacks and drinks were impressive, and the ambiance of the bar was on-point. I loved sitting by the fire in the evening with some music and drink.

We definitely got our money's worth at Akademie Street Boutique. The room was absolutely stunning and one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main street, and the staff treated us like royalty.

Just returned from an amazing stay at a boutique hotel in Franschhoek. The hospitality and reception were wonderful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a great place to relax. The beautiful courtyard was a lovely spot to enjoy the winter afternoon. We especially enjoyed the complimentary drinks and warm fire in the Orangerie room in the evenings. And I must mention, the breakfast was absolutely spectacular! our experience at Akademie Street Boutique was exceptional.
