We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with most attractions just a short Uber ride away, and nestled in a quiet suburb with beautiful gardens. The staff provided personalized service and were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel offered luxurious amenities such as a spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi, which made our stay even more relaxing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was delicious. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

We also appreciated the lovely staff who were always willing to assist with big smiles on their faces. One of the standout features was the indoor swimming pool, which was great for an evening dip after a day of exploring. we were impressed by the turn-down service and the yummy chocolate cookies left on our pillows.

There were some negative aspects that impacted our experience. We had some difficulty with noisy sliding doors and creaky wooden floors, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a lack of door on the WC and noisy sliding doors, these were overshadowed by the overall quality of the stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail and privacy offered by the hotel, including personalized breakfasts and a lovely shuttle service. The peaceful and serene surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. I was particularly impressed with the helpfulness of the shuttle service driver, who provided excellent recommendations for places to see and even took me on a memorable day tour. Despite a few minor hiccups, I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, lovely amenities, and overall intimate atmosphere.
