Absolutely amazing stay overall! The rooms were lovely, with jaw-dropping views and a perfect location. The staff were super friendly, especially the barman who went out of his way to organize a meal for us the night before our departure. The spacious and clean apartments were perfect for a longer stay, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. The location was in a wonderful setting, within walking distance of great restaurants. The free parking and wifi were a huge plus. The breakfast had a vast and scrumptious range, although there was a small issue with service on the first day. Despite that, the rest of the staff were polite and attentive, and the cocktails were delicious. We will definitely be coming back for another weekend break. Thank you all for an awesome stay!

I recently stayed at The Bantry Bay Aparthotel in Cape Town for a week-long vacation. The location was ideal, just 150 meters from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The service was exceptional, with impeccably clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming, making me want to come back. I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

I had a great time during my business trip with the hotel. the location was fantastic, with shops and restaurants nearby, and just a short walk to the beach. the hotel also offered secure parking, which made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

There were a few things that could be improved. the smoke detector in my room was positioned near the kitchen area, and it kept going off whenever I tried to use the microwave/grill for toasting.

I spent my Xmas at a hotel close to the beach and the shops, and they offered complementary breakfast and secure parking. the view from my room was also fantastic.

The bed was old and noisy - I could barely sleep. the staff was too intrusive and kept coming to my room without proper reasons.
