I stayed at Buckler's Africa Lodge for a week-long vacation and had the most fantastic experience. The staff, including Leanne, Candice, OJ, and Kurt, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast was a real treat, especially the delicious fruit salad. The room was beautifully decorated, air-conditioned, and had a convenient kitchenette. The bed was extremely comfortable with luxurious linen, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Additionally, our room's proximity to the pool, overlooking the Crocodile River bank in Kruger National Park, made our stay truly fabulous.

The location of the lodge was ideal for our Easter getaway. It was conveniently close to the national park, allowing us to get there early and make the most of our day. the sunrise view from our room was breathtaking, and we managed to capture some stunning pictures. the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with fresh produce and great coffee.

There was a slight issue with a humming noise at night, possibly from a pool pump. While it didn't bother us too much, it would have been better if there was a timer or some sort of solution to minimize the noise.

We had a fantastic stay at this lodge. The friendly staff welcomed us from the moment we arrived. The rooms were amazing with stunning views, and we were able to see a variety of animals. The location near the Kruger gate made it convenient for our trips into the park. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to make one of our birthdays memorable, even singing for us. The food was delicious, and we were impressed with the fine cuisine. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff made our stay exceptional.

The rooms were super clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated that there were no mosquitoes, making our stay even more pleasant. The food at the hotel was fairly nice and the price was reasonable. We liked that there was a self-catering option available if we wanted to prepare our own meals. The staff at the reception were very helpful and kind, providing excellent service. The game drive experience was outstanding, with a knowledgeable and patient guide who helped us spot 4/5 of the big five animals. The view of the crocodile river from our room was breathtaking.

The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Kruger National Park right from our cottage. Amazing view over Kruger Park, beautiful gardens, swimming pool, free WiFi, helpful staff. Cons: Just loved having to bring my own glasses for sunset drinks because of the hotel's religious beliefs. So convenient!

We had an amazing stay at Buckler's Africa Lodge. The view of Kruger NP from our cottage was breathtaking, with elephants, rhinos, and buffaloes occasionally coming right up to the premises. The cottage was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations and safari information. Highly recommended for families, with convenient access to Kruger Park.

During our stay at Buckler's, we were captivated by the stunning views of Kruger National Park across the river. It was truly a breathtaking experience to witness elephants and buffalo crossing onto the lodge's side. The lodge itself was impressive and the owners, Cheryl and OJ, were incredibly helpful and sincere. We also had the privilege of going on a full day safari with Dylan from "My African Safaris" and his knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience unforgettable. Although Komatipoort is a small town, we found some decent restaurant options, though we would not recommend Tamberina's due to higher prices and mediocre food. The drive from JNB airport was worth it as the roads were in great condition. I highly recommend staying at Buckler's Africa Lodge Kruger Park for an exceptional experience.

The team at Bucklers was incredibly welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was perfect with self-catering facilities and breathtaking views over the river and Kruger National Park. The drive to the park's gate was only 10 minutes, which was ideal for early morning safaris.
