The hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. the staff, especially Katherine at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating to all our concerns.

The beds were too hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It was frustrating that we couldn't keep the hotel toiletries provided for our use, as stated in the sign in the bathroom.

Great location, seamless check-in and check-out, inviting bar, nice and clean rooms, helpful staff, comfortable beds.

Great value for money, the room was spacious and perfect for a family with multiple beds. The hotel's location was fantastic, right opposite Victoria Park and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and cinemas. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

One small improvement would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options.

The staff provided excellent service, especially David, Brandon, Ishwan, and Mani. The location is central and accessible to transportation. The rooms are clean and the views of Victoria Park and the ocean are pleasant. The hotel provides ample bottled water. The Premium Deluxe room has a nice view and convenient amenities like a coffee machine.

Great location near public transportation and convenient for business meetings. the hotel had an upgrade option for a higher floor room with executive access, which included breakfast and evening cocktails. the executive lounge had fantastic views and excellent service.

Customer service was appalling. the manager lied about the availability of rooms and tried to charge extra for a few hours of rest before the room was ready.

For the money, we got great value with a comfortable room and super friendly staff. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Plus, there is a beautiful park just outside the hotel, which provides a nice view and a peaceful atmosphere. the hotel also has its own selection of bars and restaurants, making it easy to have a variety of dining options without leaving the premises.

Convenient location near Causeway Bay. Recently renovated with decent facilities. Friendly and professional staff. Comfortable rooms and amenities. Close to shopping centers and public transportation.

The value for money was excellent, with newly renovated rooms and clean bedsheets. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the crowded and touristy Causeway Bay area, as well as being opposite the beautiful Victoria Park. The staff at the hotel, especially the private concierge on the Business Lounge floor, were top-class and provided exemplary service.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

I got great value for my money with a bright and comfortable renovated room on the 16th floor. The location was excellent, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and the MTR station. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help me with any issues.
