I had an amazing experience staying here. The location was perfect, with plenty of attractions nearby. The subtropical garden added to the beauty of this place. The service was exceptional, from the moment I arrived and was greeted with a welcome drink, to the staff who went out of their way to accommodate me and ensure I had the best stay possible. The room amenities were great, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The dining options were a highlight, with a restaurant offering delicious cuisine and a poolside snack bar to grab a quick bite. The leisure facilities as the swimming pool and garden area were very peaceful.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel just outside of town, perfect for exploring Kruger National Park. My room was spacious and comfortable, with charming Spanish-style decor. I loved having a private outdoor garden where I could relax. The hotel grounds were stunning and expansive, providing a peaceful ambiance. Even though I only stayed one night, the breakfast buffet was a highlight with its delicious and diverse options. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, lovely rooms, and beautiful surroundings.

During my Christmas stay, there were a few things I did like, such as the complimentary champagne and the free spa treatment for guests. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was near several tourist attractions. I also enjoyed the view from my room which overlooked a beautiful garden.

My overall experience was not worth the price paid. the food served during the Christmas dinner was substandard and some of it was not even edible.
