Comfortable room with large double bed and good shower. Plenty of beautiful places to sit and relax on the terraces, reception area, and garden/pool area. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Amira. Delicious and exceptional value breakfast with many choices. Lovely touch with morning room service of complimentary pot of tea or hot drink between 7-9am.

I recently stayed in a guesthouse in the CPT area for three days of training in Kalkbay. The location was amazing, with beautiful views of False Bay and a short walk to the center of Kalk Bay. The staff at the guesthouse were warm, friendly, and efficient, providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of warm options and nice details like olive paste. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to others and consider staying there again for future trips.

One small drawback was that some of the rooms had double beds with two single duvet covers instead of a king duvet, which was not standard practice in South Africa.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in the centre of town, making it convenient for exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the service and quality of the hotel. The room was bright, clean, and beautifully furnished, with a lovely view. The outdoor space, pool, and small garden were also very charming. The breakfast served on the wide patio was delicious with a great variety of options. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The guesthouse boasts a prime location, close to a variety of restaurants in the area. Guests can easily explore the Cape Town area, as well as other neighboring areas. The guesthouse is situated on the harbor, providing beautiful views of the surroundings. The rooms are comfortable, with clean and decent-sized accommodations. The bathrooms are spacious and the staff provides friendly service. Additionally, the breakfast served at the guesthouse is highly recommended, with a great range of options and a lovely terrace to enjoy it on.

One minor downside is the inconsistency of the wifi, which can be slow and frequently drops out.

Great location and comfortable room with good facilities for a romantic escape. The bathroom was spacious and had both a shower and bath. We appreciated the morning tea service and reception staff were friendly.

There was no view from our room and outside noise from the adjacent conference area at times detracted from our relaxation. the lack of seating in the room made it uncomfortable to relax and the price was too high for the value received compared to other options in the area.

The location of the guesthouse was perfect, with beautiful views and within walking distance to all the attractions in Kalk Bay. The coffee service in the morning was lovely, and the pool was glorious. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a fantastic choice of food, and the gardens were a wonderful place to enjoy it.

The WiFi charge was high compared to other accommodations in the area.

A tucked away little haven: Stayed for one night after a week long tour of the Garden Route. Needed to recharge my batteries, and what a great place to do that. Felt welcome from the moment I arrived and was shown to our gorgeous room with a little sea view. Enjoyed an invigorating swim in the pool, added bonus of towels and plenty of seating. Comfy beds and the sound of the ocean led to a great night's sleep, and what a treat to have tea and hot chocolate delivered to the room. On to breakfast - where to start! Don't know about best breakfast in Kalk Bay, might be the best breakfast in the world! What a fantastic choice, great quality and all overlooking the garden and blue skies. After that, we just relaxed outside, sitting on the terrace, enjoying the views again, gorgeous woollen blankets provided if the wind picked up. All in all, this place seems like a reminder of how things should be. Enjoyed every minute, wish we could have stayed longer.
