We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending a great restaurant for dinner. The location was perfect, close to the entrance of the national park. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious. we had a 5-star stay.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We felt like family with the exceptional staff and owner engagement. The view and food were top-class. The garden and parking space were excellent.

Felt like they were family, no reason to complain.

The staff at this lodge were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the rooms were clean and tidy, providing a pleasant and cozy stay. the highlight, however, was definitely the delicious breakfast served with a priceless view. We also appreciated the convenient location close to a golf course.

There were a few shortcomings during our stay. Some of the rooms had maintenance issues, such as broken locks and non-functional TVs.

Friendly and helpful staff, recommended and booked a nearby dinner. Close to Crocodile bridge gate for early entry to Kruger Park. No charge for late cancellation due to cyclone. New, clean, and gorgeous 3 bedroom house with security. Accommodating owner and staff, nothing was too much trouble. Delicious breakfast with priceless view. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Croc River Lodge. The view from the sitting area overlooking the river was absolutely peaceful and beautiful. The spacious studio room had all the amenities I needed, and it was very quiet in the evening. Despite not having a restaurant on-site, the lodge offered drinks in a fridge that guests could purchase. The friendly and efficient service from the hotel staff made my stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its peaceful location, comfortable rooms, and value for money.

We had a very good stay at this hotel located conveniently close to the Crocodile bridge gate for easy access to Kruger Park over the long weekend. The attention to detail and affordable prices make this place excellent value for money. The location right on the banks of the Crocodile River provided a breathtaking view and a peaceful atmosphere. The service from the staff was friendly and efficient, and we found the basic amenities in the room to be lovely and comfortable. The room had ample space, a mini fridge, A/C, satellite TV, and an en suite bathroom.

We stayed in this hotel during our city trip and we were impressed by the stunning view from our room. the sight of the river and the wildlife was breathtaking. the bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly. the location was perfect, near shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for us.

Our experience was marred by the poor customer service. the staff was unfriendly and unresponsive.
