our stay at de old drift guest farm villa was beyond amazing. it surpassed our expectations from our previous visit to addo. the staff were friendly and eager to please, the food was delicious, and the property was well-kept and easy to get to. highly recommend!

Located close to Addo National Park, De Old Drift Guest Farm offers a picturesque setting with lovely gardens and a family unit that is superbly prepared. The staff is friendly and the apartment is clean and comfortable, with choccies on the bed upon arrival. The full day trip to Addo National Park organized by the farm is a highlight, with a patient ranger showing guests all the incredible animals. The self-catering cottage is well-appointed, making it convenient for guests.

The morning and late-night noise from barking dogs and people starting their day can be quite bothersome.

Cozy and comfortable accommodation

The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. the beautiful gardens and ponds created a peaceful atmosphere, and the swimming pool was a refreshing bonus. the self-catering unit was spacious and well-furnished, with a large bathroom and even a hairdryer provided. the large covered terrace and braai area were great for outdoor gatherings.

Although our stay was overall enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. the dining experience could have been improved, as the three-course meal was served a bit too quickly.
