During my stay, I was amazed by the exceptional attention to detail at Delaire Graff Lodges And Spa. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a handwritten note and a bottle of wine on ice, which made me feel instantly welcomed. The little human touches, like the extra little touches during the turn down service and the complimentary bar fridge, added a personalized touch to my experience. I also appreciated the flexibility of the staff in accommodating my requests.

I had a 5-star+ experience at Delaire Graff Lodges And Spa. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as some TV channels being unclear and a slight delay in the Indochine restaurant, the impeccable service and thoughtfulness throughout my stay made it totally worth it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the opulent lodges and stunning grounds. Our suite had its own plunge pool, and the artwork throughout the property was stylish and impressive. The two on-site restaurants were brilliant, with a particularly enjoyable breakfast. The staff was attentive and resolved any issues we had. we highly recommend this hotel.
