We arrived early after a long bus trip and received an early check-in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily, with a great bathroom and a selection of TV channels. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, with nearby parks and easy access to Palermo Soho and Hollywood. The indoor pool was a great place to relax. We really enjoyed our stay at Awwa Suites & Spa.

There were always two staff members available at the front desk 24 hours a day, which is a great convenience. They allowed me to keep my heavy luggage over the weekend even though I had only stayed for one night. The spa facilities and full gym were available to use the entire next day, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and felt very new. The breakfast, being from the attached restaurant, was of higher quality than other places.

Unlike other hotels I've stayed in, there always seemed to be two staff members at the desk 24/7, so I never had to wait around. They even allowed me to keep my heavy luggage at the hotel over the weekend, even though I had only stayed one night. I was also able to enjoy the spa facilities and full gym the next day. The hotel was impeccably clean and everything felt really new, with no signs of shabbiness. The breakfast was pretty good, likely because it was served in an attached restaurant, which meant the food was much better than other places. The location was also great, as it was in an old established family neighborhood and close to various attractions, such as the Zoo and the Japanese gardens. It was also conveniently close to Aeroparque airport, which was a plus for early morning flights.
