The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful directions. The lodge had safe parking and easy access, with spacious and clean rooms. The air conditioning and pool were great for the hot weather. The DSTV packages were excellent, offering a variety of channels. the lodge had a customer-oriented approach, with well-maintained facilities and a convenient check-in time.

The location of the lodge is very convenient, as it is situated very close to a mall, making it easy for guests to access shopping and dining options. the lodge is in a neighborhood with nothing around, providing a serene and peaceful environment for guests to relax.

The conduct of other guests at the lodge can sometimes be disruptive, with loud noise and lack of consideration for other guests.

We enjoyed the comfort of the rooms and the cleanliness that was kept throughout our stay. The location was convenient, providing easy access to the city center and attractions. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.

Our stay was marred by poor customer service. The staff seemed uninterested in helping us with our needs and were not hospitable at all. Moreover, the noise level was very high, which made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. This really impacted our overall experience and left us feeling disappointed.
