The parking, restaurant, and reception areas are located far away from some rooms, requiring guests to navigate a steep and uneven brick path with many steps.

We enjoyed our city break and the complementary drinks upon arrival and departure were a nice touch. the location was great, with easy access to local attractions, and we appreciated the tranquil setting.

The stay was great, just what we needed for a weekend getaway. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the poolside and Jacuzzi were a refreshing escape from the Pretoria heat. The hotel's location was also convenient, right in the heart of the city and easily accessible. Another advantage was the beautiful river, which added a serene and picturesque touch to the overall experience.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The food options were average, with limited variety and a somewhat limited breakfast selection.

The property is safe, with immaculately maintained grounds and spotless rooms. Breakfast pastries are delicious and the beds have electric blankets.
