What a wonderful stay at Zimbali Lodge! The location was perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life and truly unwind. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere to relax in. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The food was delicious and the wifi connection was reliable throughout our stay. I highly recommend Zimbali Lodge for a beautiful and enjoyable experience.

The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. the room was comfortable and the WiFi was excellent. We enjoyed the special requests we made, which were executed perfectly. the location was convenient and had easy access to key attractions in the area. We loved the tranquil surroundings and the beautiful hiking trails.

The service desk was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in helping guests. the access control at the gate was excessive and frustrating, requiring multiple forms of identification and scans for every entry and exit.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The pool area felt like paradise and the golf course was great for a leisurely walk. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond by even buying drinks for us from the bar and bringing them to our room. The Coral Tree restaurant was amazing, with a kind and helpful waiter, and the dinner buffet was lovely - compliments to the chef. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, making our stay very rejuvenating. The hotel staff, including the waitresses, receptionists, and shuttle drivers, were all extremely welcoming and friendly.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if the food had been properly labeled, so guests wouldn't need to ask the waiters about each item.

I recently stayed at Zimbali Lodge for a week with my family and it was a fantastic experience. The property is surrounded by lush rainforest, making it feel like we were in Bali. The beautiful flora added to the tropical ambiance. The staff, especially Joel and Qhumbo, were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the Valley of Pools, which was easily accessible with transportation provided. We also enjoyed the fact that we could use all of Zimbali's facilities for free, adding to the overall value. It was an intimate and warm experience with a friendly atmosphere.

The property was beautifully located in a forest, giving it a fairytale-like atmosphere. the staff was friendly and responsive, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the hiking trail through the forest to the beach.

There were a few glitches during our stay. the key card also became deactivated after the first day, causing some inconvenience.

During my recent stay at Zimbali Lodge, I was impressed with the outstanding self-catering unit they provided. It had everything I needed and the modern feel of the unit was lovely. The views from the room were beautiful, and I especially enjoyed the infinity pool. The shuttle staff to the nearby Fairmont Resort were friendly and very helpful. The location of the venue was ideal, with excellent security and parking facilities. I must also mention the extra comfy bed in the spacious room, which provided great value for money.

The staff, particularly waiter Siviwe and manager Sibonelo, were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious vanity area and a bathroom that had both a shower and bathtub. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The location was perfect, offering a spectacular view of the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel provided easy parking and transportation options.

Buffet breakfast and Dream pizza and cocktails have good views. Old world charm and antique furniture adds to the plantation feel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool is a favorite feature. Serene and clean environment. Will recommend and visit again.

I recently stayed at Zimbali Lodge for the second time and had a great experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the beautiful views of the tranquil and secure area. The Bushbuck and Valley of the Pools were excellent amenities to enjoy. The pool was clean and inviting, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the availability of golf carts and the forest setting, which added to the unique charm of the hotel. The two curry dishes on the menu were delicious and definitely worth trying.
