My recent stay at the boutique guesthouse was fantastic. The location was perfect, with close proximity to shopping and other attractions. The room itself was great, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was also delicious.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the initial room being small and the subsequent room having no hot water for the first two days, overall I had a wonderful experience. I felt like part of the family at this home away from home.

The location of this boutique guesthouse is perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach and have easy access to restaurants. You can easily walk to the best restaurants in Durban North and be spoiled for choice. The rooms are elegantly decorated with all the required mod cons and the bathrooms are comfortable. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff, who go above and beyond to meet your needs. The bespoke breakfast, made to order, is delicious and the view from the dining terrace overlooking the pool is stunning.

The check-in process could be improved as some guests have had issues with their room reservations and were given a different room than what they had booked.

The comfortable bed was the best aspect of the room and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby area and attractions. The breakfast was also a highlight with fresh and tasty options that were enjoyed every morning. the friendly staff were always ready to assist with any requests which was greatly appreciated.

The lack of lighting in the bathroom was definitely the worst aspect of the room. It made it difficult to get ready and was quite frustrating.

This hotel was such a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool and garden area made me feel like royalty. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, including special diet menus. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure all my needs were fulfilled.

The only minor issue I had was that there were no beach umbrellas available. However, the hotel’s location advantages, being just up from the beach and an easy drive post-run, made up for it.
