Couldn't stay longer.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the luxurious amenities provided. We were fortunate to stay in one of the big rooms with a garden view, which was the perfect work environment. the garden was well-maintained with a beautiful Koi fish pond, and the pool area was sparkling clean, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel special.

The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi, which occasionally experienced connectivity problems. the manager sorted this out promptly.

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. the swimming pool and garden area offered a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was also reassuring to know that the property had a generator in case of power outages.

Noise from creaky floorboards made for a somewhat restless night's sleep. there were some maintenance issues, such as ants in the room and a shower with no hot water.

It was located in a quiet, gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds. the staff, particularly Katlego, were friendly and attentive. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the garden and pool. I especially enjoyed the privacy and tranquility of the place, as well as the delicious breakfast that was prepared for me. the location was convenient for my activities in the city, allowing me to come and go easily.

I had a wonderful stay at Gallo Manor Executive Bed & Breakfast. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The gardens and pool were lovely, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff, especially Rina, were incredibly helpful and friendly. I also appreciated that they asked me what time I would like to have breakfast, ensuring it was ready when I arrived in the morning. The location of the establishment was convenient for my work purposes.

The location of the bed and breakfast is perfect, as it is in a gated community right next to the Country Club. The Woodmead Outlet mall is just a short distance away, making it convenient for shopping. Additionally, being situated next to the golf course provides a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, and kettle, allowing for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering excellent service.

The breakfast service could use some improvement, as there were instances where cutlery was not provided and plates were left on the table for a while after finishing.
