For a peaceful weekend getaway, we stayed at the charming Grande Roche. the breakfast was delightful, with a lovely setting and scenic views. the staff were attentive yet discreet, and the rooms were well-equipped with a wide selection of TV channels. the dinner was excellent, accompanied by a great selection of wines. the overall experience at this hotel was exceptional, with a high standard of service.

The Magical Grand Roche Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who escorted me to the reception area. The service was impeccable, with a porter taking care of my luggage and a complimentary glass of bubbly to welcome me. The Garden Suite where I stayed was beautifully refurbished, with a stunning bathroom featuring heated floors and a spacious bedroom with a king size bed. The separate living room had a complimentary bottle of wine and homemade cookies waiting for me. Dinner at Bosman's restaurant was a true culinary delight, with delicious food and impeccable service. As a special touch for my anniversary, I was surprised with a platter of hand-made chocolates in my room. The bath filled with hot water, floating candles, and rose petals added a touch of romance. I felt pampered and spoiled throughout my stay. The previous review about the doors and small bathroom amenities was not my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly luxurious and magical experience.

This venue simply exceeded all expectations. the luxurious outdoor swimming pool and the indulgent beauty treatments available at the Spa & wellness centre were a particular highlight. From the moment of arrival, service was of the highest standard and nothing was too much trouble. the location is peaceful and offers an idyllic escape from busy life.

A limited treatment room selection, but this did not detract from the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a truly indulgent getaway.

The location of Bosman's Restaurant is absolutely stunning, nestled in the vineyards of Paarl. The view from the terrace overlooks the vines up to the majestic mountains. The rooms are modern and spacious, with separate living areas and large bathrooms. The service is excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who remember your name. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options including oysters and champagne. The hotel also offers a heated pool and a gym.

The art gallery in the hotel has pieces that are not of good quality, detracting from the overall experience.

Stayed at a hotel surrounded by beautiful vineyards, with exceptional views that provided peace and tranquility. Loved the welcoming appetizer and smooth check-in process, I also enjoyed the diverse breakfast selection offered on the terrace every morning. the staff were friendly and helpful, and their wine selection was unique. the hotel's fitness area and pool were lovely and relaxing, perfect for unwinding.

The bathroom did not meet my expectations and could do with a full makeover. the internet connection was not up to date and the air conditioning was too noisy to sleep peacefully.
