A unique stay with charm and character. Loved the history feel and novelty touches. Appreciated the electric blankets during the cold nights. Enjoyed the quirky bar and yummy meals. Woke up to a misty morning, savoring every cup of coffee. Despite some hiccups with room changes and amenities, the overall experience was memorable. the cozy atmosphere and friendly manageress sealed the deal. My motorcycle group and I had a blast, and I'd return for the atmosphere and hearty meals.

We loved the quaint character of this inn with its interesting little pub. The facilities for small children and the lovely gardens were a big plus. The staff, especially the lady running the bar, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The comfortable beds and clean bed linen made for a pleasant stay. it offered good value for money.

Parking was convenient and easily accessible. The location was peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to rest. The breakfast served was delicious, and we found the variety and quality of food to be top-notch. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, parking, location, and breakfast were all exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming inn nestled between Johannesburg and Durban. The room was clean and comfortable, with lovely period furnishings and decor. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative, making our visit truly memorable. The beautiful gardens provided a tranquil setting to relax and enjoy the company of the bunnies, birds, and chickens. The donkey, Bojangles, even made a special visit to greet all the guests. The food was delicious and great value for money, with generous portions. We will definitely be back!
