We were greeted with a welcome drink while lounging on comfortable chairs overlooking the breathtaking valley. The location of the hotel is remote and charming, situated in a peaceful valley surrounded by mountains. The traditional buildings, including a historic olive press, added to the hotel's charm. We also enjoyed the well-maintained grounds and the infinity pool with a view of the setting sun.

One of the drawbacks was the lack of written information provided by the hotel, relying solely on a QR code for information. We only discovered this when we were leaving, causing us to miss out on useful details like a locked gate along one of the recommended hikes.

The access to the hotel is a bit challenging, with a long drive and a difficult road. Not the best location if you want to explore other parts of the island.

the property didn't match the pictures, the Wi-Fi and jacuzzi didn't work, and we were charged an extra 100 euros at the last minute. the staff was rude and unhelpful. We requested a refund but were denied. Choose wisely.

The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even surprised me with a birthday cake for breakfast, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were rustic and sophisticated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I can't wait to come back next year and experience one of their hikes and maybe even upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

The villa we stayed in was recently renovated and had spacious bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. The outdoor private swimming pool was a great feature and the views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking. Privacy and tranquility were guaranteed, making it a perfect place to relax.

The breakfast options were limited and the food quality was not up to par. The staff were not very attentive and seemed disinterested in providing good service.
