The value for money was outstanding, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. The location was perfect for a peaceful and nature-filled getaway, and the staff treated us like family.

I recently stayed at Ivory Tree in Pilanesberg for a week-long safari getaway. The game drives were captivating, thanks to our knowledgeable ranger Werner. The spacious and well-equipped executive Suite S3 was a delight, with the exception of the missing plunge pool, which had been transformed into a gravel feature. The buffet offered delicious salads and the coffee was top-notch. The staff were kind enough to open the conference centre for rainy days, entertaining the children with movies on the projector. The park's stunning landscape made up for any lack of animal sightings.

Totally recommend this hotel.

loved the friendly service from staff, especially the game driver. location fabulous. 2.5 hrs from airport. no need for malaria meds. 4 game drives in 2 days, saw 4 of the Big 5. guide Kyle was amazing. hotel staff friendly and helpful.

My partner and I recently stayed at Ivory Tree Game Lodge for a relaxing weekend getaway. The cottage we had was quiet and very comfy, just a short walk from the main building. We loved being able to call for a buggy ride when we didn't feel like strolling. The food was tasty and plentiful, with a wide variety of meals on offer. The game drives led by our guide Werner were amazing, and he made sure we were safe and enjoying every moment. a wonderful experience!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the lodge was perfect, right next to a reserve, making it feel secluded. The staff were genuine and eager to help. The rooms were ideal, with outdoor showers that added to the experience. It had an intimate and non-commercialized atmosphere. The game drives were exceptional, with a guide named Erin who went above and beyond. I highly recommend the sunrise and sunset drives. I only wish I had stayed longer!

We had an amazing time during our romantic escape. The game drives were fantastic, with knowledgeable guides who made sure we saw a wide variety of wildlife. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The facilities and food were of a high standard, and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed rooms. We also loved the outdoor shower, which was a unique and enjoyable experience.

While we had a great time overall, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The buffet dinner was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price of the resort.
