The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city with great access to all the main attractions. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

One small issue we encountered was the noise level from a nearby pub. It did disturb our sleep a bit, especially on Saturday night.

The staff were exceptional, friendly and efficient. The decor was fabulous and the room spotless and comfortable. The bar had a relaxed and cool ambiance, with excellent cocktails. Dinner was one of the best in Dublin, with exceptional service. The location felt like the countryside, with elegant and spacious surroundings.

The location was great, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and only a 15-minute walk to Grafton Street. The hotel offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling tourist areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was modern and comfortable with free wifi. The room service was prompt and had a great selection. The hotel had a stylish bar, perfect for pre-dinner cocktails or a night out. Despite being fully booked during St Patrick's weekend, it provided a relaxing haven for us.

Our room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The staff, especially Sanda, were incredibly helpful and kind towards my 4-year-old daughter. They listened to and fulfilled our requests. We also enjoyed the Easter eggs left in our room for the holiday.

All was perfect.

I loved that it was within walking distance of Stephen's Green and Grafton Street, making it easy to explore the city.

The only downside I noticed was that breakfast seemed a bit expensive, so my companion and I decided to skip it. Unfortunately, there weren't many dining options nearby, so we had to walk into town to find a place to eat.

Booked in for my partner's birthday and wasn't disappointed. Lovely birthday treat, great location, fab room, extremely comfortable bed. Hotel has a nice vibe, loved the Ruby room for pre-dinner drinks. Delicious lunch in the nursery. Staff were really nice and helpful. Convenient parking valet. Will definitely be coming back. The value for money at this hotel was excellent! The room was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable, with luxurious amenities and a divine bed. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance of the central city. The staff treated me like royalty, greeting me warmly and going out of their way to make me feel comfortable and provide helpful suggestions for exploring the city. Five-star service all the way!

Food for breakfast could have been better, with cold toast and tea, undercooked eggs, and no refills offered. But overall, a minor issue compared to the fantastic experience at this hotel.
