We had an amazing stay at a hidden gem in Franschhoek. The value for money was excellent and the room was cozy and well-equipped. The location was perfect, providing breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff at La Cotte Forest Cottages were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location of the cottages is ideal as it is close to the main attractions of the area and within walking distance of the town's restaurants. The rooms are cozy and peaceful, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff is hospitable and professional, ensuring a pleasant experience. Guests can also enjoy a refreshing swim in the large, clean pool and appreciate the stunning views of the surroundings. Additionally, a breakfast basket is provided, adding to the convenience and luxury of the stay.

Driving through vineyards to reach the cottages felt like a dream. The cottage itself was airy and beautifully decorated with artful textiles, creating a sense of tranquility. The back porch, overlooking the stunning mountains and pool, was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy fireplace that kept us warm throughout the night. The communal braai area and kitchen were a great addition, perfect for gatherings with friends and family. The pool, although cold in September, was simply breathtaking. The team at La Cotte Forest Cottages was friendly and accommodating, making our interactions pleasant and enjoyable. The location was ideal, just a couple of minutes away from the main high street, yet surrounded by the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this wonderful gem of a place.

The facilities available at the property were fantastic. the pool was absolutely gorgeous and the club house was perfect for a bigger braai. the breakfast offered was delicious, perhaps the best food I tasted during my trip. the location of the property was also very convenient with easy access to the town and the surrounding farms.

The rooms available at the property were quite small. However, this was not a big issue since I spent most of my time outside exploring the property.

We loved the privacy and terrace with BBQ, the beautiful decoration inside, the big swimming pool, and the convenient location near shops and restaurants.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at La Cotte Forest Cottages. The peaceful and relaxed atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. The beautiful pool area provided the perfect spot for my family of 4 to unwind and enjoy ourselves. The cozy forest cottages were stunning and provided a comfortable layout with the kids upstairs and the adults downstairs. I also appreciated the helpful staff who were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and enjoyable stay.
