Okay, so there were a couple of things that weren't all that bad. First off, the location was pretty convenient. It was well-connected to the main transportation, and getting to the city center was a breeze. Plus, the short walk up to the famous attraction was a pleasant surprise. And I can't deny that the staff was quite helpful and always available. Oh, and let's not forget the spa time. That was a definite highlight of my stay.

As a business traveler, I loved the spacious, well-equipped rooms and the friendly, attentive staff. The hotel's location near major attractions and within walking distance of the Old Town Square and the Castle was very convenient. The leisure facilities, especially the steam room in the natural cave, were amazing. The food at the hotel was excellent, and the staff were always willing to help.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with key attractions within walking distance. I didn't need to use any public transportation during my stay. The view from the terrace was also a nice bonus, offering a pleasant spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The room furnishings were outdated and in need of modernization. The furniture looked worn and cheap, not matching the pictures seen online.

the staff was unbelievably nice and the service was top-notch. They even upgraded me to a suite and provided a lovely welcome drink. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the castle and Charles Bridge. the room was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. I couldn't hear any noise from outside, it was so quiet. Breakfast was fabulous and the male receptionist with the long dark hair was extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location near the old castle and city center was convenient. We received an early check-in and efficient check-in process. The staff provided helpful information about the city. The breakfast in the sun room was enjoyable. The spa offered great massages.

The hotel is conveniently located near to all the main sightseeings in a quiet area. It is just a short walk to the old town, Charles Bridge, and the castle. The hotel also offers easy access to the 119 bus for the airport. The rooms are updated, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff is helpful and understanding. The breakfast is top of the line, and the hotel has a spa with a jacuzzi and sauna for guests to enjoy.

The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, offering a glass of wine and providing useful tips during check-in.

Had a great Easter weekend at this small five-star hotel. Loved the stunning room with its beautiful spa bathroom and free minibar. the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel is located in an ideal spot for tourists, being just a few minutes’ walk away from several popular tourist attractions in the area. Overall a wonderful stay!

The lobby area was quite small and didn't provide much space for guests to sit and relax. However, the restaurant was a good alternative with a nice atmosphere.

This hotel went beyond my expectations in terms of luxurious amenities and services. the Spa & wellness centre was top notch, offering a variety of treatments like full body massages, body wraps and facials. the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect to unwind after a busy day of exploring the city. the fine dining experience at the restaurant was simply divine, from the special diet menus to the buffet breakfast, every dish was carefully crafted and beautifully presented. the room advantages were exclusive with private facilities that exceeded my expectations.

The noise from the tram passing by early in the morning, which disturbed my sleep. the service provided by the polite and friendly staff made up for this minor issue.
