My stay at this hotel was absolutely magnificent. The hotel itself was immaculate and had a lot of charm. The location surrounded by beautiful scenery was breathtaking. The staff were lovely and attentive, making me feel truly welcome and valued. The service, room amenities, and facilities were all top-notch. I especially enjoyed the spa and wellness center, with its luxurious treatments and serene atmosphere. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The service could have been better considering the star status of the hotel. It would also be nice if there were quieter hours enforced, as some guests were quite noisy early in the morning.

Our spacious room easily accommodated a crib. The large balcony was a perfect spot for wine after bedtime. Delicious breakfast buffet with hot and cold options. Courteous and helpful front desk staff. Organized driver for wine farm visit at a reasonable price.

The noise from the adjacent road starting at 7 am was quite disruptive and disappointing in such a serene setting. it would have been nice to have more walking areas within the property.

We loved sitting on the porch, enjoying the beautiful trees, flowers, and the sound of birds chirping. The pool was also a highlight, providing a refreshing and relaxing space. The service we received throughout our stay was top-notch, ensuring that we had a great experience.

A vegan option was prepared for me during the high tea and it was incredible. The food was beautifully presented and so tasteful. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing weekend at this hotel just outside the town. The location was perfect, close to everything nearby. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, and the spa was the best I have experienced. I also enjoyed the frequent free transfers into the town, which was very pretty and interesting. The surrounding countryside was spectacular, reminding me of France.

The water in the pool was too cold to swim in, even though the air temperature was hot.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay with my family. the complimentary wines and chocolates were a nice touch. the hotel is situated in a peaceful location away from the noise of the city with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. An added bonus was the heated pool which we enjoyed very much.

The restaurant's service was slow due to the busy Christmas period which resulted in some frustration, however, the manager apologized and made things right. the lack of a 2-prong plug was a hassle for charging devices, but we were able to find a workaround.

We found this place to be located in a stunning spot, surrounded by the most beautiful mountains and gorgeous nature. Despite some initial hiccups, the service we received from the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hospitality of the staff truly stood out to us.
