For the price we paid, we got excellent value and the room was really nice. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a family outing or a romantic getaway. The staff at First Group were friendly and hospitable, making us feel well taken care of.

We loved the variety of activities available at the resort, including karaoke nights and a buzzing casino, perfect for our entertainment-loving group. I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The location here is just stunning, situated up on a hill overlooking the most beautiful area. The service was top-notch, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room had all the amenities I needed including ironing facilities, heating, sitting area, and a patio. The spa and wellness centre provided great relaxation with sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor swimming pool. The beauty treatments offered were fantastic and the sun loungers in the garden area were perfect for some quiet lounging. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in public areas was definitely a bonus.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with great service and amenities.

This hotel is located in a stunning area with easy access to numerous attractions nearby. The lounge area has a better sleeper couch and braai area with a larger jungle gym area for children. Guests can enjoy the beautiful public areas. The cleaning ladies are very helpful and ready to offer their services. Rooms have a cozy ambiance with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Breakfast is delicious and reasonably priced. In addition, the restaurant serves excellent meals with fresh and locally sourced ingredients, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

There is inadequate information provided to guests on load shedding schedules, and the candles and matches supplied are not enough to cover load shedding periods.

During my Christmas stay in Mooirivier, we were pleased to find two complimentary drinks in our room upon arrival. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. One advantage we found was the spacious room with a comfortable bed.

The staff seemed uninterested and not motivated in providing a positive experience. We also found that the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to our standards.
