I had an amazing stay at Sunninghill Guest Lodge. The room was clean and comfortable with simple and elegant furnishings. The staff went out of their way to make my stay memorable, especially Bongani and Storm. The grounds were well-maintained and the location felt very safe. The shower in my room was excellent and they even had Netflix on the TV! The little gripes I had were dealt with efficiently and with good grace. I highly recommend this place for a home away from home experience.

Tranquil and peaceful haven. Very clean, comfortable, and warm room. Plentiful and delicious breakfast. Reliable wi-fi. Secure location. Will return.

The place had a huge pool and a nice rooftop view. the breakfast was really good and they even let you order dinner from a menu. They also had a bar fridge stocked with lots of drinks to choose from. the staff was really friendly and welcoming.

The room was cold, not enough blankets, and there wasn't any heating. the mobile number for after hours customer service was off.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The check-in process was seamless thanks to the friendly and professional front desk staff. The location of the hotel was excellent and I felt extremely safe during my stay. The grounds were well maintained, creating a beautiful and serene atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed. The highlight was definitely the excellent shower, which was a refreshing way to start my day. To top it off, the TV in the room had Netflix, adding an extra touch of convenience and entertainment to my stay.

I did experience a few issues during my stay. There was a problem with the initial room I was allocated, but the hotel quickly moved me to a different room.

The staff at the lodge were very friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast choices were delicious, with fresh fruit and a tasty dinner menu as well. The room I stayed in was amazing, with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The location of the lodge was convenient and the gardens were beautifully maintained.

There were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom and the bedding that need to be addressed.

Great breakfast, friendly and efficient staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, fast and free WiFi, centrally located.

Felt welcome, no complaints at all.
