Facilities were good value for money, and the beds were very comfortable. the bathrooms were modern and very clean, which was a plus. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was also convenient, close to main roads and easy to access.

The location of the self-catering units was not as nice as other areas of the hotel. Wi-fi was not available which was an inconvenience for some travelers.
