The breathtaking views from our room were simply stunning. We couldn't help but fall in love with the picturesque scenery that surrounded us. Plus, the breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious - a perfect way to start the day. Another great aspect was the convenient location, with plenty of local attractions and activities within walking distance. It was truly a romantic escape to remember.

Our initial check-in experience left much to be desired. the owner seemed rather annoyed and unwelcoming when we arrived later in the evening after a long and tiring journey.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sinai House in Lynton. The owners, Database Debbie and Nigel, were like old friends and made us feel right at home. The breakfasts were amazing, with plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. The cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the guest house was excellent value for money. The location was perfect for both serious walkers and those with limitations, as there were beautiful walks suitable for all abilities. The views from the house and surrounding area were stunning, overlooking the sea and Welsh coastline. We highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in this part of Devon.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room amenities were top-notch, from the heating to the tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area and terrace provided a lovely place to relax and take in the surroundings. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area with comfortable furniture, perfect for soaking up the sun. The free toiletries and electric kettle in the room were thoughtful touches that added to the overall comfort of my stay. The flat-screen TV was a nice bonus for some evening entertainment. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.

Good breakfast and lovely sea views. the owners were very friendly and helpful and provided good recommendations for local restaurants and taxi firms. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

The hotel was difficult to reach due to the narrow drive up and parking was a hassle. the hotel didn't have a suitable parking area for cars that were slightly wider or longer and we had to park in a public car park located below the hotel.

For the price we paid, Sinai House exceeded our expectations. The room was cozy and had a picturesque view of the town and the sea. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and took the time to share local knowledge and ensure our comfort.
