We stayed at this luxurious hotel for one night and it was an incredible experience. The location was perfect, nestled high in the hills of Knysna, in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the serene atmosphere as we were surrounded by nature and had a stunning view from our room. The service was top-notch, with attentive housekeeping, laundry services, and even an airport shuttle if needed. The room amenities were impeccable, with everything we could ask for, from a cozy sitting area to a spacious terrace. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and allowed us to stay connected. the comfort and quality of this place exceeded our expectations.

Great views and comfortable bed. the garden and pool areas were lovely, with plenty of space to relax. the location was perfect, with easy access to surrounding areas and attractions nearby.

The cleanliness of the room was poor, with a lot of dust on surfaces and floors. the bathroom was not cleaned properly, with stray hairs in the sink and shower.
