I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The clean and comfy rooms were a true delight. The location on the picturesque cliffs of Negril was absolutely breathtaking. I loved being able to jump off the tarzan bridge into the clear cove below. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a wonderful experience from start to finish.

The location of this resort was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and opportunities to interact with locals. Walking to different places was a fun way to explore the area. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Having the option to stock the mini-fridge with drinks at a low cost was also a nice touch.

The included breakfast was basic but acceptable. It's important to have Jamaican dollars, which can be obtained at the airport, for exploring the area as prices for currency exchange at the hotel were higher.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were accommodating and friendly, always willing to help with any request. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights of our trip was the cliff jumping, which provided an adventurous and exhilarating experience.

One negative aspect of our stay was a new employee who charged us an outrageous fee for a banana in the dining area. However, this was quickly resolved when another staff member knocked on our door later that night and offered us a bunch of bananas free of charge. The only other issue we had was some road noise that could be heard in certain rooms. these were minor inconveniences and did not greatly impact our experience at the hotel.
