Great value for money, the room was immaculate and had a homely atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the beach with a lovely view. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Breakfast selection could be improved, with fresher food and more variety.

The hotel offered a free shuttle service to a popular tourist area, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to check in early without any issues. The location of the hotel was excellent, being within walking distance to the beach and close to a hop on and off bus stop.

The check-in process was very disorganized, with many guests waiting for hours to get their rooms. The beds were not comfortable, and the building was quite noisy due to poor soundproofing.

Premier Hotel was a fantastic place to stay for our 3-week holiday. the staff from the bedroom to the front desk were friendly and made us feel at home. the spacious and comfortable rooms were also very clean, and the excellent bathroom was a bonus. the hotel staff were accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our needs. the free shuttle to the waterfront was convenient, and the surrounding area had great restaurant options. Highly recommended!

As young families, we loved the complimentary shuttle to the Waterfront and the amazing sea views from our room. The staff was friendly and efficient, making our stay even more pleasurable. The small bar fridge provided by Maintenance was a pleasant surprise and saved our bought items from the heat. The location of the hotel was perfect, with the beach right at our doorstep and the V&A just a short 5-minute drive away.

The amenities were great, and we especially appreciated the room service and laundry service. The shuttle service provided made exploring the area easy. The staff also provided excellent recommendations on things to do and places to eat.

During our visit, we loved the location of the hotel which was very convenient to explore the Water Front area and the Sea Point promenade. We also appreciated the easy access to the beach, as we wanted to take a dip in the ocean. Furthermore, the service we received from the staff was excellent, consistently friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the ocean view from our window.

The noise level from the loud party happening inside the hotel was unpleasant and disrupted our sleep.

the cleanliness and attention to detail could be improved as there were some signs of wear and tear, including a hole in the curtain and broken shower doors. However, the biggest downside was the noise from other guests, which disrupted our sleep several times.
