The hotel had a great breakfast selection and catered for all dietary requirements. The bed was super comfortable and we appreciated getting one of the more modernised rooms as requested. The staff was amazing, especially Mary in the dining room. The location was central, close to all the amenities we needed. Added on services like the shuttle were carried out well. The hotel had a colonial-style elegance and the breakfast had a rich selection of food.

The computers at the hotel seem to have frequent issues with the printer, ink, paper, and internet connection.

Had a great time with my family on our Thanksgiving break! The complementary breakfast and shuttle service were great additions to our stay. The location was convenient as we could walk to nearby shops and markets. the hotel's garden was a beautiful and relaxing spot to have some downtime.

Although our stay was enjoyable, the rooms could do with some upgrades and maintenance. The carpet was a little dirty, and the decor felt outdated.
