We had a peaceful and comfortable stay at the Protea Hotel. The spacious and beautifully decorated lobby and rooms provided a modern and pleasant atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The friendly and efficient staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the cappuccino served at breakfast was brewed to perfection.

The additional charge of R170 per person felt excessive and like a rip-off. Another drawback was the difficulty in finding the hotel parking, as there were no clear signs indicating its location in the basement of the center.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious and well-decorated rooms provided plenty of storage space. The attention to detail made us feel very welcome. We didn't hear any noise and found the location to be extremely convenient. The parking facilities in the basement were a plus. The rooftop bar with its stunning views was definitely a highlight. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was clean and modern. we had a great experience.

The service from Linda and Tshepiso at the reception was amazing. They explained everything in detail and provided exceptional service. The room service was excellent and the staff from the Skyline restaurant was great. The hotel was super clean and had visible hand sanitizers everywhere. The bar had good coffee for takeaway and almond milk, which is rare. The staff quickly organized accommodation at a Marriott hotel closer to our event in Centurion when we realized Loftus was a bit far. The location of the hotel was very convenient and central. The rooms were beautifully furnished with comfortable bedding.

I felt so at home, no complaints.

The breakfast had a good selection of food choices available, including fresh omelettes made to order and a variety of hot and cold dishes. the rooftop terrace provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset views of the city. the location was ideal, with easy access to local restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

The air conditioning system in the room was a bit noisy at times, and the bed linens were quite heavy for the summer season. the shower pressure could have been stronger.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They even offered me a welcome drink upon arrival! The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities like tea and coffee facilities, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches like the in-room safe and ironing facilities.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
