As business guests, we were impressed with the exceptional service and efficiency of Karabo the receptionist. She allowed us to check in early without any hassle, ensuring a quick and smooth process. The housekeeping staff were also friendly and proficient at their job. The location of the hotel provided a sense of safety, and its proximity to other establishments was convenient. we were pleased with the comfortable accommodations, delicious food, excellent wifi, and buffet dining options.

During our stay, we felt well taken care of and had no reason to complain.

Beach Time

My recent trip was spent at a hotel near the beach. I loved the complementary beach towels and chairs that the hotel offered. The location was perfect, as it was only a few minutes' walk to the sandy shore. the hotel had a lovely pool with a bar nearby, perfect for a relaxing day in the sun.

My hotel experience was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. The carpets were filthy, and the furniture looked worn and tattered.
