The pool area is stunning with a great view of Table Mountain. The staff were accommodating & helpful when I requested a baby cot that wasn't in my room. The room was spacious & comfortable with a nice bathroom. I'll recommend this hotel.

Felt at ease, no complaint.

Great location in the city, with easy access to Long Street and the waterfront. Free hourly shuttle to the Albert and Victoria waterfront. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious, with all necessities provided. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The friendly receptionists, especially Mr. Tehobo, were always helpful and cheerful.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The location was great, right by all the major attractions and just a short walk to the waterfront for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The pool area was also lovely and had all the necessary facilities including sun loungers and beach umbrellas. this place offered great quality and comfort, making my stay here very enjoyable.

The location is fantastic, close to the Waterfront and Long Street. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is delicious and caters to dietary restrictions. Amenities include secure underground parking, tea and coffee facilities, a safe, and complimentary glass water bottle. There are beautiful views of the city from the room and the bathroom.

The room service menu is limited and the quality of the food is awful. The general food in the restaurant is non-existent, and only pool bar food is available for lunch.

Everything is what I need and want.

The apartment we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and spacious, with stunning views. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and visit all the tourist attractions and shops. The gym and bar facilities were top-notch, and we were impressed with the fantastic service from the staff in the restaurant, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the lift was not working properly for three out of the six nights we were there, which was especially frustrating since our room was on the 21st floor.

The hotel is conveniently located in the business area, making it easy to get to most places. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the city. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout our stay.

The shower had some issues with temperature control, making it difficult to find a comfortable balance between hot and cold water.

The front desk was always busy, which resulted in slow service and delays in room services. One instance was when our laundry was not delivered for three days, and we had to continuously follow up for updates.

Some guests mentioned that the restaurants within the hotel were not up to scratch.

Staying over Christmas was really great. We had a good coffee shop attached, which served great coffee and pastries. It was lovely that the staff offered us both complimentary breakfast and a shuttle service. The location was excellent and was in walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and shops.

The towels weren't replenished in our room, and when we called reception, we were told there was an issue with a supplier. We had to repeatedly follow up with them before the issue was resolved.
