We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the bathroom was nice. The hotel had a great look and feel to it, with stylish decor. The staff were friendly and helpful with things. The location of the hotel was perfect, right near the mall in a safe area. We had easy access to everything Rosebank has to offer, including transportation options. The breakfast provided was also delicious.

We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the room drop with a bag and popcorn. The rooftop bar was a highlight, with stunning views and a great vibe. The DJ's played fantastic music, and we enjoyed relaxing on the comfy couches. The food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the slow lamb and salmon tacos. We loved the quirky branding of this place and will definitely be back.

That the air conditioning in our room was broken. Despite our complaint, it was not fixed during our stay and our room remained at a hot temperature throughout the night.

The friendly and professional staff made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The security guards were exceptionally helpful and ensured a secure environment.
