The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right next to a railway station. This allows for easy access to transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel offers free access to public transport within the city, so getting to the city center or the main train station is quick and easy. The room itself is modern and exceeds expectations, providing a comfortable stay.

Some guests have mentioned that there is limited availability of the washing machine and dryer, as there is only one set for the entire property.

The common area was a highlight of the stay, with cozy couches, a fireplace, and a pool table. We also appreciated the free coffee and delicious snacks available at all times. the convenient location next to public transportation made it easy to explore the city, and the complimentary breakfast bags were a lovely touch.

The noise from the nearby trains was sometimes disruptive, especially during the night. while the apartment itself was well-furnished and modern, it was a bit smaller than we had anticipated.

The best aspects of this hotel were its convenient location right next to the Bern Wankdorf train station and its excellent transportation options, with bus and tram stops right outside. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The value for money at Stay Kooook Bern Wankdorf was outstanding. The room was comfortable with all necessary amenities, including a unique bedding arrangement. The public areas were inviting and provided complimentary tea, coffee, fruit, and snacks. The hotel also offered a washer and dryer, as well as a Bern Welcome pass for transportation. Despite not being located in the center city, it was only a 10-minute ride or walk away.
